Meet Dr. Paula Grisales

Dr. Paula Grisales is a motivated and results-oriented professional with highly developed work ethic and an established reputation for integrity and genuine concern for achieving positive physical and emotional outcomes for the patients she so diligently serves. Dr Grisales’ love affair with dentistry began on her native country of Colombia, where she earned her first degree in General Dentistry in 2001 and has coincided with her love of academic excellence within the healthcare profession.

Following graduation, she provided dental services in different health care centers of urban and rural areas of Colombia while developing health protection programs for underserved communities in the country. She is dedicated to her belief that the more a community knows about healthy living, the healthier one will be. Five years in this role empowered Dr. Grisales to pursue the same volunteer aims in the United States when she moved to the State of Florida in 2005. She brings a highly unique level of experience forged from more than 15 years of experience in multiple facets of dentistry, culminating in her most recent degree from the University of Florida’s Schoos of Advanced Dental  Sciences in 2017.

Dr. Grisales holds multiple degrees and advanced certificates in Dentistry, Public Health and Epidemiology, including: 2-year AEDG Residency Program, University of Florida – School of Dental Sciences, 2017, PhD in Public Health with Specialization in Epidemiology, Walden University, School of Health Sciences (in progress) and General Dentistry, Universidad, Manizales, Colombia, 2001.

Dr. Grisales always seeks to obtain as much education as possible in order to provide advanced and comprehensive dental care for her patients by continuing her studies in Public Health and Dentistry and by being an active member and scholar of very prestigious academies which include: The Dawson Academy, The American Dental Association (ADA). The Florida Dental Association (FDA), The Academy  of General Dentistry (AGD), The Florida Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), The Florida Academy of General Dentistry (FLAGD), The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), The American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), Spears Education, The American Association for Community Dental Programs (AACDP), The National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA and the Corporation for National And Community Service (AMERICORPS) from which she is an alumni (Public Ally 2012-2013).

Dr. Grisales serves patients of all ages needing simple and complex dentistry services including restorative and cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, implants, periodontics, endodontics, orthodontics (Invisalign certified provider), prosthodontics, pediatrics, and patients with special needs. During her space time she enjoys spending quality time with her family and participating in volunteering activities in her community and the Orlando area.
